We recently visited this location to trade in our trailer for another. We received the outmost supberb service from the entire team beginning from checking in, dropping off, reviewing our new travel trailer (with our demo guy providing us with and how to maintain the trailer through all seasons - recommending the how to's of seasonal checks and preparedness) and including our on point delivery to our RV camping location. Scott one of the sales representatives was professional courteous and personal to our needs. The front desk equipped with two workers were on point (personally seeing both pick up the phone at the same time for one phone call - impressive.) The finance guy was able to fix the the few details needed without hesitation knowing we came from Queens NY and didn't want us to wait too long (extremely appreciated.) The store was stocked with essentials needed. The cashier was was super accomodating and professional. I highly recommend this location for any traveler passing by.

Richard Wysong is the salesman assigned to us. He was very patient and informative especially considering that we are entirely new to the RV world. He gave us lots of information about our options and showed us RV's that would most likely fit our needs. It was a very positive experience!

I used to work there, for 19 years, don't work there anymore, i guess that sums it up... I miss the folks i worked with, don't miss the "make a buck at any cost" attitude from management.

I'm not sure about the rental fees. I am now trying to get them to give me a value on my camper and see if they will take it on consignment to sell. It seems to be a lot of phone tag when dealing with them

Wouldn't buy anything from there, terrible management staff and overworked employees. Expect to wait twice as long as promised for any service work. The owner's tv show is called "the profit", enough said... Its all about the $.
Yea, mine is covered with a tarp for the winter since thre are a few small leaks which i plan on fixing in the spring. Otherwise a tarp probably isnt the best camper cover but since mine is leaking i cant have water getting in
Probably never... Their customer service is horrible, and they did more repairs than I asked for and expected me to pay for them
