Very classy simple museum. First stop on our visit to NC.

You can tell that the folks that work here really know their craft and love the art. We were given some insightful tips on navigating the downtown art scene. I just wish there were even more pieces to look at. What we did see, however, was pretty neat.

Hard to rate as most of the art exhibit was closed for renovations. Architecturally interesting building with an excellent variety of modern art.

Free currently because the 4th floor is currently closed. Very limited amount of art though. Only spent 30 minutes.

$9. $ 7 if you are a student or teacher
There are many parking spaces very close by. There is street parking as well.
totally
We sell some prints in the giftshop as well as postcards and notecards of pieces in our collection but we do not sell original art. You might want to explore the galleries available in Charlotte and the surrounding cities
The website mentions a cafe but we were there last week and that part seemed closed. So no restaurant right now anyway
Closed. BTW, it's included in Bank of America's Museums on Us so entrance fee is waived for BA card holders every first full weekend of each month. Plus if you visit on the weekends, parking is a flat rate of $5.
Around $9 for adults. There's a pass for $20 that gets u into 3 museums, Mint, Harvey and Bechtel, as they are all right there in location.
If you have an eligible Bank of America credit card, you can get in free the first weekend of every month through the Museums on Us program.
