The absolute WORST experience from an admin standpoint. The officers that came out were all fine, but no one gave me a copy of a police report or even business cards to get in touch with anyone. Whenever you call the office to track down information, they are about as helpful as my 3 year old. Come on guys, you can do better than this. It is 2022 and it feels like you guys are operating in 1984.

Smart mouths maybe 1 or 2 are good and the rest are disrespectful smart mouths. As long as we lived here in rowan / kannapolis and concord.

You will need to go to the Clerk of Court and file for a “Writ of Possession for Real Property”. The Sheriff’s Office must have this in order to remove someone from the property. Once this is taken out, the Sheriff's Office must notify the tenants they will be coming to remove them. When the "Writ of Possession for Real Property" is filed at the Clerk’s Office, it will be 7 days later before the Sheriff's Office can remove tenants. If you have additional questions, please contact Lt. Owens at 704-216-8722.
