For years I’ve ordered from Edible Arrangements and the integrity and quality has never let me down, until this time. This year on my birthday, my mother sent me an arrangement knowing how much I loved them. When the arrangement came, I gathered with my family in order to enjoy a treat. What I bit into was bitter chocolate almost sour, when semisweet chocolate is the custom chocolate that Edible Arrangements uses. Perhaps the batch was old or something but the strawberries were also bruised in some areas. I know in the past, the fruit was always fresh. It tasted like dark chocolate with no sweetness. Tried to contact customer service and for 3 days in a row and they mentioned the store in Blackwood NJ contacting me to resolve the issue, no one called, customer service basically told me that I had to eat the arrangement and their is nothing they could do about it. A $75 purchase just to receive a product that tastes bitter and sour. I offered to give them the arrangement back, the arrangement is now sitting in my refrigerator just getting old. I would like a refund or a replacement product. However I don’t trust the store in which it came from and weary that they may spit or tamper with my food. At this point I would like them to pick up this product and return the money. These people are rude and they don’t care about their customers. I feel badly because all other experiences were positive. This location needs to have a health inspector visit.

Very easy to order from website. Most importantly, gift recipient loved the basket, stated everything was fresh and beautifully prepared. I liked the fact that the man who delivered the basket, Eddie, called me to let me know no one was answering the door and asked what I wanted him to do. He also took and sent a picture of the basket on the front steps. I appreciate the great communication and friendliness. And I will use again since the basket was done right.

Stay far far away from this location if you are expecting quality, adherence to their online policy/ commitment in "happiness" , and customer service. 1.) This location has poor overally presentation of gifts. Let's start with the cards. They sent out a gift message that was not legible. Why you ask? Because they ran out of ink, but still decided that a gift costing OVER $100 was deserving of a card that was left partically blank due to NO ink. As a professional business and company, they should have put more ink in the printer and reprinted. STANDARDS?! 2.) This location has poor delivery services. I ordered a fruit arrangement & FLOWERS. To heck with the flowers, because they never showed up. According to, a represented after being on hold for 2 days... She says oh, we ran out of flowers or we would have made a mistake. YET YOU STILL CHARGED ME OVER $100. Yet, I am left with a very poor presentation of a gift -> Spotty Card & No Flowers. Yikes. Called immediately after delivery and guess what ??? No one answered the phone. 3. ) This location has TERRIBLE and I mean TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. It literally took 2 days to get someone on the phone. Online their policy clearly state the following: "Certified Happiness is a commitment to quality and customer service from every store owner and the Fruit Experts® in our system. The purpose of the “Certified Happiness” policy is to ensure our customers and recipients are satisfied with the service and quality they receive each and every time." Considering points 1 & 2 above I wanted my money back in full. They refused. I pointed to their policy because after the recipient not reciving the complete gift and not even a ledgible card- it was not what I ordered. I was not satisified with the service AT ALL. Yet, after two days of trying to get a rep on the phone the Clementon location only agreed to a partial refund. Despite my request for a full refund- you know since they dropped the ball. And guess what, I wouldn't have even gotten that if I hadn't stayed diligent and called for two days straight. RUN RUN RUN.... Better off with a different location.

Hello - yes they do! This order would be fulfilled by the Edible Arrangements Store in Haddonfield but its the same owner, you can call the store or place your order online
