I don't know if there are fire pits but there are grills. I don't think you need to pay to use them but maybe contact parks and rec. They will let you know for sure.

This park doesn't have a basketball court. There is a frisbee golf court, a child's play area, soccer/football fields and trails to walk on. I recommend frank liske park if you want a wide variety of things to do.
