Yes there is a fee. I believe it just went up to $30 for a half a day or 60 for the entire day for one of the three smaller shelters and $60 for half a day and $120 for the whole day for the large shelter. The smaller ones have a maximum of 50 people in the large one holds a Max of 100. You can rent from 8:30 to 2 or 3 until 7:30, and the park closes at 8. Also, from November 1st through February 28th, there's only one rental time - 8:30 to 4:30 because they close earlier.
