Switched to this facility thinking it would be better then the one I was previously going to. But they can never get me in or they schedule an appointment for me and then cancel on me. Needed to be checked for a blood clot that could kill me and they couldn't see me for 3 days and then canceled it and said just go to the ER. I shouldnt have to go to the ER when I have a doctor's office. Then I try to make another appointment for a simple strep test. Called on Tuesday can't see me till Friday. So they expect me pregnant and sick to wait till Friday? Really?
