WARNING: TERRIBLE attitudes. Would not suggest having a party there, problems like 2 hours late on party room, 30 minute minimum wait to chat with ANYONE, concessions report a 1-hour wait on any food with 5 people working there. These and more just sun up my all around terrible and inept experience.

Wow this place was so fun for the kids. Great deals and I'm looking into the annual membership. Everyone who works here is nice and the rules are fair. Clean, and well staffed. Update: Prices changed on May '22. It's pretty expensive now unless you buy the annual membership.

Yes, if you are comfortable with their maturity and behavior when you are not present.
Kids cost less than adults but more than seniors. Depending on the day the price could change but its usually $16 per child
Ok
Between this park and Skyzone, no contest, Big Air is a way better experience, my kid goes there weekly. The food is just ok not great. But the employees are great.
No. Only customers that are participating and using the equipment have to pay. All observers are free.
It's best to just buy theirs. They're very durable and inexpensive. And get ready to have a blast!!!!
8-11pm friday amd Saturday is cosmic night. $20 for the whole 3 hours per person.
It depends on how many people and if its on a weekend or weekday. They have so many options to chose from to a minni party to a whole buy out!
Are you asking about how much it is for a group of 200 people? If so, Mon-Thur is $7.50 per jumper and $9.50 per person Fri-Sun.
Julia, Yes, we have about 75 lockers. The cost is $2. We ask for a deposit of $5, but you get $3 back when we get our key back.
Yes
Parents are free if they are just watching or taking care of their child. If they are actively playing on the equipment, parent price is $16.
Aleya. Great question. Absolutely not. There is no charge for bringing cakes, and cup cakes. Just make sure they are not ice cream based, because we do not have enough freezer space to keep them frozen while the kids are playing. Hope to see you soon and please call us with any questions.
We went on a Thursday. They had a buy 1 get 1 hour free for 16. So for 2 people on that day it was 32.00 plus tax. Normally it would be 48.00 plus tax for 2 people. There was also the cost of the air socks which was another 3.00 per person
Jalayah - It depends on what day and time you come. We have different promotions and pricing daily. Also, adults are free if they are not playing. Check out our website for the different programs we run. https://www.bigairusa.com/charlotte/big-deals/
Our price is per hour. The first hour is $ 16 per child and any subsequent hour is $ 8. Jumping socks cost $ 3 if you do not already own them. That includes all the attractions.
On the weekends, the first hour is $16, and each hour after is $8. During the week we run specials and 3 hours can be just $22.

$16 for the first hour and $8 for any hour after. We also run specials M-Th that reduces the price dramatically.
Looks like there's enough answers but definitely recommend bringing your own non skid socks.
The first hour is $16, and any hour after that is $8. We run specials every day of the week. Those can be found on-line at www.bigairusa.com/charlotte.
$16 the first hour. $8 per after after that. 2 and under free.
We run specials everyday. Give us a call and we can see if something fits. If we are not running specials, first hour is $16 and any hour after is $8.
There are 2 basketball hoops you can jump and dunk on, but not full courts to play on. They are side by side rather than across from each other... each in their own "lane".
$15 for the first hour, $8 for any additional hours. That includes everything but VR. Or for $20 you can do everything in the park for an hour, then do VR for 10 minutes.
Yes, we do sell gift cards and are currently running a promotion. For every $25 you get a free jump pass. Generally, people purchase these at the park but we are able to transact over the phone and then mail the gift card to any destination.
Standard rate is $15 for the first hour and $8 for the second. That is per child. Daily specials apply. Check the website for those.
You would have to call. I visited there back in August
15 dollars for jump hour
Or bring other jump socks. As long ad you have grip socks, all is good.
$15 for first hour, $8 for an hour after that. Most stay for 2 hours. We do have daily specials that you can see on-line or call the park :-)
Here is there schedule. 10am - 11pm Friday and Saturday. 10am - 9pm Monday thru Thursday. Sunday 11am-8pm. On Friday and Saturday they also have Cosmic Nights. From 8-11 you pay only $20.
That sounds good to me.
Yes every flip can do!!! Just make sure there are no other kids near by!
Just one small tweak. $15 per person for the first hr, $8 for any hour after that. No sales tax. Jumping socks are $2 if needed, if you have them already, no cost.
15 for a hour and 7 for additional hours
During the summer we close at 9pm all days except Sunday which is 8pm.
During Cosmic Nights on Fri & Sat it is $20, from 8pm-11pm. During the weekend daytime it is $29. However, on Monday and Wednesday, it is only $20 for three hours (Megajump).
If u go to the website it gives you the locations and the link to fill out the waiver before you get there
We do not have 30 minute blocks, only hours. Normal admission for the first hour is $15 and $7 for any hour after that. We also run daily specials during the week.
There is an area sectioned off specifically for young children.
You won't get sick here. They are very clean and do a thorough cleaning of the foam weekly.
I don't remember exactly I think it is $25 hours per person
Maybe if you claim responsibility over him like a minor? As long as that waiver is signed that should be all they would need.
No you can go by your self. I do sometimes
I believe it's $15 an hour
They have specials everyday and monthly membership. The best deal i found was 20 for 3 hours
True, but it seems they dont mind if the socks with tread are from their venue or another
One price $15 an hour for ages 3 and up. Free admission for ages 2 and under with the purchase of a paid adult.
