Service tech John went above and beyond to get my car fixed!! Had it towed from another dealership because they couldn't figure out what was wrong with it, but John did!!!

They were not helpful at all..One of my worst experiences will not be going back.
I would never do bussiness with this company simply because of the commericals. The radio gets changed every time they come on. This a poor marketing choice to say the least
what do we need to do to stop the insane noise polluting commercials. the decibel levels are unbearable besides cannot understand a single word the clown is yelling. professional dealers to not act like that, this guy has a screw loose

Pernell, I would guess johnny e is referring to this Blackwell guy. I live in the viewing area and see these ads all the time - unless the remote is in reach. Almost 50 years I've been watching TV, but never have I seen such idiotic commercials. No way I would buy a vehicle from this dealership, nor would I let them service one.
