Nice place. However, dont be tricked by the photos. There are a lot of houses neighbouring the cabin. Not much privacy, if that is what you are looking for. The price is fine, but you have to do all the cleaning for them before leaving. …Our location, description and Google Map (so you can see satellite view and all surroundings) are on our website. We are not in the woods, but are in a small Town of Prattsville, NY, on a small dead end side street. Please review details. We also go over these with guests before booking. Re: Cleaning. We ask guests to follow a check out list (remove garbage, put cleaned dishes away, leave the place in neat condition), we do NOT ask to vacuum, dust or do laundry. This is standard procedure when staying in a vacation rental.

Why is this place excellent? Great views,a creek,friendly folks. Everything is in wlaking distance. This place is so great my husband and I are considered buying a house up here. Lol, how cool is that. Will return again, and again, and agin
