Almost non-existent communication by office staff. They will raise your rent and not tell you. Then, they will let you under pay your rent for months, before finally letting you know that you have an accumulated balance due🤡👎🏽 I’ve NEVER EVER seen an apartment complex with little to NO communication skills like this one. They will say you owe(various amount) back pay on rent without giving information on what you have paid so far and how they got that total. The apartments are quite old... so you better hope you get an upstairs unit, or if you get a downstairs unit, hope you have quiet neighbors above you bc the EXTREMELY SQEAKY ceilings will EASILY wake you up from your sleep every time! ANY and ALL walking around can be effortlessly heard from downstairs😑 like living underneath a bowling alley, plus a creaking attic floor, combined(no exaggeration I have recordings on my phone). Can’t forget drunk neighbors who will bang on your door at 3am on a Sunday morning, bc they were at the wrong address😑😡👎🏽

A lot of Car breaks ins, roaches, windows never open saved two people lives in fire last year as they were TRAPPED inside you think the landlord or corporate cared nope, they allow people to smoke cigarettes inside regardless if they have oxygen tank, shower water cold, mildew / mold, it’s like pulling teeth to get security deposit back when they are months late sending it out, management never answer the phone nor emails. They are raising rent for these units to be older and broke down.

I have lived here for 4 years and they have changed managers tons of times and they never fix my maintenance request they have never cleaned my carpet or paint the stairs are depressing

My niece moved there. The apartment complex was very helpful to her in a difficult situation. The complex is quiet pet friendly and the apartments are nice
