The only reason I used Geraldo's Transportation is because I had no other choice. I called Thursday afternoon for a Friday 9am travel time and when I called the next morning at 8:30am because I hadn't received a call, they told me there was no reservation made. It would be great if they had an app where you can see where the driver is instead of the process they have now where they and the other transportation company Metro, rely solely on a phone call, so if they can't reach you they don't pick you up.
