Always a beautiful experience. Today the water level was so low, it was kinda sad to think that the animals of the water have nowhere to go. Still, its a 5 mile loops with plenty of year round bikers, hikers, walkers, runners

You can......but I wouldn't recommend it. Your rims certainly wouldn't appreciate that. It's really set up for mountain biking.
Yes, you can get a variety of items for fishing in there.
Lots of parking at the environmental or visitors center, never have an issue
There is just the one launch at the building you can launch from .. the other ramp in the other lot they do not allow launch usage
Sorry, I don't believe water sports or swimming are allowed.
