It's a good place for the kids to have fun but my kids seemed to get bored with it in under an hour. They don't allow outside food in the parents' waiting area/tables so you're stuck eating from the vending machines they have there. The cost can add up quickly. When we were there, a child threw up after bouncing around too much. Multiple people notified the staff so that it could be cleaned. The staff of teens/20somethings mostly stood around looking at their phones and it was 20 minutes before the mess got cleaned. It's not the worst way to let kids burn off some energy but it definitely has it's problems.

I know one of the girls name was Ashley. I’m sorry I couldn’t get the other 2 employees name but she and her 2 other coworkers were an amazing!!!! Staff so nice so helpful so generous , unfortunately my son threw up as soon as we walked in and we weren’t able to stay but when I tell you this staff from today 5.17.22 was extremely amazing !!

Oh my goodness! This place is pretty wonderful! The staff is always so friendly and we had an incident 2 minutes into my son's birthday. He is ok, but could not play with his friends. And the staff went beyond for sure! Taking care of the situation and making sure my son did not miss out because of the issue. I would like to call out some people if I could.....Ashley, Cynthia, Alexis, Janelli and Leo....super awesome staff. Keeping the place clean even in the sea of kids. And most of all for making my kids feel important, even in the slightest way. Thank you all for the great experience. We will surely be back!!!! ❤️

Extremely clean. They have a crew of about 5 people cleaning and checking in people. Smells clean. Kids running around and screaming and laughing. It has air conditioning so it is cool inside.
