I had a membership almost 10 years ago and canceled it exactly how it was explained in the fine print. Just two days ago a hit came up on my credit report concerning this same membership. Insane. I’ll will be contesting it, securing an attorney and made a report on Better Business Bureau. This is not OK. I would not recommend going to this location. I spoke to the owner back when I canceled and now this. I cannot believe it. I was told that I would be contacted by management but I have not been contacted.

Pushy, texted me from TWO DIFFERENT NUMBERS WHICH I BLOCKED AND STILL EMAILED ME TODAY AND DISRUPTED MY DAY. No consideration for others' time including when you DON'T want to !@#$%^&*() join. Went thru this already with them once a couple years ago and they're pulling this !@#$%^&*() again. This is unacceptable.
