Got to the front they gave me a whole different price for my order and it wasn't even my order. I told them it wasn't me and they argued with me.I was the only one there. It was a online order! I left quickly.

The ice cream machine wasn't working right and the A&W Root Beer was flat.. My family and I were so excited for root beer floats but we ended up being disappointed with the whole experience..

I keep hoping this place will improve. I have a choice between this and another A&W KFC combo. This one is on the way home. This restuarnt has never recovered from covid. They close early in the evening. They frequently do not have what you are looking for. They have had a sign up regarding the ice cream machine for a year. I am going to go to the other choice from now on. I CANNOT TAKE THE PAIN ANYMORE!

Well I'm thinking that they do because it kind of there trade mark.
This place is so damn useless we waited in line at the drive thru for ten minutes and still nothing and this was at 4:00 pm pathetic kids run this store no management what so ever
