Their website says they have games in stock. Drove 45 mins to take my child to pick up some new game after calling 5x and no answer. It just says they are busy with other customers. Only to get there and the game is not in stock and the employee is on his cellphone just not answering the store phone. This my friends is a great example of why Brick n Mortar businesses are going out of business right and left. Stores like Amazon are dominating cause why waste time driving across town over lazy employees to get no help or even eye contact. Lol they won’t even answer the phone. If you own a business these days you better be prepared to run it yourself or chalk a loss on the board.

Every time I go there’s a sign that says be back in 15 minutes but yet they never come after 15 minutes that I stay and wait.

I go to this GameStop maybe twice a year and nothing has changed. Staff acts like they don't want to be there, on the phone (not with customers) while you stand at the counter and wait. Went today to trade in a Xbox, had the original packaging and everything, was told they couldn't accept it with no explanation why. Went to Best Buy and was able to trade it in with no issues .
