If you want to sell scrap metal, They will only pay for steel. Technically, they will buy your copper aluminum, etc. But they will just give a scrap steel price. But there is always an employee there to help you unload. A few months ago I purchased a used fuel pump from them that was defective. It was almost a week later when I went to return it, and was a little worried that they wouldn't give me another one seen as how the one I got was the only one that they had at the time. But since I had the receipt there was absolutely no problem at all and exchanging it. I had to wait three or four days for them to take another one off of a vehicle, but totally worth it for the money I was saving. That's really the only experience I have on the used parts side but refreshingly was a positive one.

This place sold me headlights that were classified as the wrong year. And I returned them, but they won't give me a refund. Work on your taxonomy. Schronce used parts in Conover recommended 21 Motors. Avoid this place.

Normally it depends on the personnel they have available and the time of day you called. They are really great people if they said they were going to come get it, be patient someone is one the way ;-)
