Dan, Dave and Bryan Jr were an amiable enough crew. The nature of the job does not lend itself for a cheerful demeanor. I'd wish that the grounds were left in better condition and perhaps supplied with grass seed. In a perfect world I guess. Overall it was an okay job.

I called because I thought I had an issue with my well. The Technician Chris walked me through trouble shooting prior to coming to my home. Once they arrived, the issue was not the well but a leak under my home. Chris and Bobby crawled under the house, Chris took a video of the leak and told me what needed to be done to fix the problem. I really appreciate all of the extra effort they put it to solving my problems. I have made calls to other repair companies and none of them went as far as trying to resolve the issue as Chris did. I will definitely use them again. Thank you Chris and Bobby for your professionalism.

Good Evening Mr Knox, If sewage is pooling in you yard it means that your drainlines are full and can't take on anymore water. You can have the tanks pumped to give it some temporary relief but will probably need to add more drainlines eventually.
