Raleigh Waste Management rant. Time, after time, after time, my recycling is not picked up when the other 4 houses in my cul-de-sac have their’s picked up. They have crushed my bin, smeared diesel grease all over the handle and rim, left the bin lying on its side across my driveway, etc. Bins are always set out the night before pickup, only cans, bottles and cardboard. Could someone please tell me what I have to do to get regular service - for which I AM PAYING?!!!!

No I'm afraid not, however there is a place in garner called LQK that will gladly take it. I salvaged a car awhile back.
