My mom went in this morning for an ultrasound. Everyone,, from the receptionist to the technician was extremely kind. My mother was worried about a CT scan she had at ER the other night and the CT technician came out just to talk to her. He reassured her about her concerns. She was so worried. He even came to me to explain things. He went above and beyond. When I asked his name he told me Brian. I then remembered my sister mentioning someone named Brian who treated her so well during her CT scan when she had so much anxiety. I want them to know how much I appreciated everything.

Bryan was excellent at his job! He made me feel safe and welcomed and kept me informed the whole time during my CT. As someone who has had a lot of issues in the past with male drs and techs it was very refreshing to be treated so well by him!

Why have your scheduled hours listed until 8pm if you cut off xrays at 4:30? This is ludicrous.

I had a appointment on September 1, 2021, and was experiencing symptoms that made me unable to sit in the lobby with a mask on due to being SOB and I wasn't able to walk. The receptionist was very helpful and told me to stay in my car and they called me once my appointment was ready to tell me Peyton would be out to get me with a w/c. Not only did Peyton come out with a w/c, she rode me in the back way and straight in to get my scans and back to my car. It was quick, she was patient with me and very helpful. As I was attempting to leave she ran out with a bottle of water, telling me to drink plenty of water. Thank you so much Peyton!!
