The young lady that was helping me at the desk was amazingly helpful. She made sure I had all I needed for them to determine eligibility for EBT SNAP. She informed me it could take 30 days for them to make the decision. Then she saw my "cash on hand" answer, and I had my card within 10 days. She also helped with low income housing. She deserves a raise!!!

Hello it will take seven to ten business days to receive your card.

How is it when a mother has 6 kids don't have custody of only one and she has been found unfit mother of the oldest 5 but she has the youngest child.

It could be that she had the baby after her children was already taken. Also that she was in a different state. I am not positive about my answer so it would be best to speak to a legal aid representative or a lawyer.
