Saturday I visited and spent almost $100 and decided to sit patiently while my trays were being heated. A man came out from the back of the store and informed the young lady behind the counter he was running to the store. Keep in mind, that I am the only customer in the store at this time and I am sitting at the door. As he proceeded to walk out I spoke by saying, "hello". He ignore me and walked out the door. I am a customer and you are the owner and you couldn't speak? I told the young lady behind the counter how disappointed I was and she apologized on his behalf and said maybe he is having a bad day. I will not give them any more of my business. Customer service is the key to me returning to support your business. You just lost a customer that visits your establishment twice a month.

Shrimp had no taste , no seasoning on them at all. Don’t know how to follow simple directions do not heat means just that. Please do better

They didnt have king crab legs the few times I went. They had snow. They did have lobster
They mostly have blue claw crab claws...a little tough...crab dip is great...owner is nice
