We were passing through on our way to Charleston and we managed to stumble across the worst CFA in the Carolinas. I never knew poor customer service was something this chain was capable of. Not only that, but who serves a Grilled Spicy Chicken Sandwich cold? The meat was colder than the cheese slice. Thankfully the fries were fresh ... there's the silver lining.

As long as this place been around never ate here. Wanted to know the hype... not impressed. It was good but nothing to go crazy about like others put on. And my food wasn't hot.

Overall good experience here. The drivethru was so backed up that we went inside to order our food to go. A team member named Unique took our order and she was excellent at her job; she was polite, well-spoken, and very thorough in our food options (pickles come on your sandwich, is that okay? The sauce comes on the side, is that good? etc.) Our food came out pretty quickly and we hit the road. It tasted great, but once we had already left we realized they gave us fried nuggets instead of grilled like we ordered. They also put pepper Jack cheese on our club sandwich even though we asked for Colby. Other than the food blunders, decent experience.
