We moved here a week ago and Jenae worked very quickly to get us in our unit. She is also AMAZING with all my questions since we have moved in. Very patient and understanding. Yes we do! We have a portion of our property that offers studio and one bedroom homes that are affordable units.
It varies. Our residents give us 30 day notices to vacate, so we won't know what we have available until we receive notices to vacate.
Utilities are not included. Pricing is calculated on usage and how many occupants per square feet.
You are assigned one parking space and there is no charge to use the uncovered parking.
We allow 3 pets per unit maximum.
