I don't know the cost of residence at this place you're asking about. But having lived near it for quite some time, I can tell you that it's overrun with college students who have no more class or dignity than to litter the yards, the street and to cause endless parking problems. Not to mention that some of their early residents vandalized my property at one time! You would find a better class of neighbor living under a bridge.
