I fell into an open vent while looking at mobile homes there. Just walked in a home and my leg went through the floor. Bruised and bleeding the owner helped me up and helped me back to office. No report written up and offered me a bandage and leg was still throbbing and bleeding. I told him he could give me the home I wanted. On the way home I stopped to the Veterans Hospital. Long story leg got infected and scars are ugly. Still have hurting on leg. Have pictures that I should share

Horrible customer service the lady who answers the phone is always very rude I called to ask a question and the line broke up so I called again and she was very rude about it so I explained my situation and she didn’t care. If I could rate it a -10 I would

We purchased a mobile home from Green Acres in 2021. My husband did most of the dealing with Mike on the business end. He was hard to deal with, sometimes rude and took days to return calls if he ever did. We have been asking for a screen door since August of last year and still don’t have one. We just got window screens a few weeks ago. We just had the finishing crew come back and do some last minute cracks filled and leveling. Mike told the finishing crew they could caulk the cracks but we had to sand and paint. We have Sheetrock walls. The paint that was provided by GA didn’t match and when we called to find out the correct color to match, Mike was to call us back. That was more than two weeks ago. This is a brand new double wide that no one had ever lived in. There were no repairs to be done before purchase. Terrible customer service!!!! The only shred of integrity this business can claim is that they have an awesome set up crew and an amazing finishing crew that go above and beyond. Joe and his son are great!!! This is only part of our experience and hopefully yours is better!!!

They have alot of parts but the owner is never there and nobody else knows anything. Like literally anything. Policy, prices or nothing. It’s ridiculous. How do u work somewhere and cant answer not 1 question. You have to wait for the owner to call you back which can take hrs. A great way to loose business is to have employees that dont know anything. Definitely don’t recommend.
