I can never get my insurance bill resolved with the financial department. They keep billing the claims incorrectly, I keep calling them with the insurance company on the phone , they keep telling me that they will take care of it and then I receive a collections notice and bill in the mail. And the cycle repeats itself. I called today to speak to someone about it and the lady was rude and hung up on me. I can’t get anything resolved here. Update: I was able to go to the business office on Walton Way and speak with someone. I spoke with Mark in the Business office and he resolved everything and provided excellent customer service! He even provided a follow call the next day. I really appreciated all of his help resolving the issues!

If you ever have an emergency, do not go to this hospital. The emergency room is under staffed, the facility is filthy, no where to sit and to be seen takes up to 5 hours.

Was here from 4pm Monday until 445Am Tuesday! 12 hours and they did absolutely nothing but refer me to a specialist and some blood work!! Still couldn’t even detect what was wrong with me. Oh and Angela hospital receptionist was very rude. She hung up on me in an emergency because i did not feel comfortable sharing my PHI with an RECEPTIONIST!!! If you’re looking to actually be helped with your private health information to be protected (AS IT WAS THE LAW WITH HIPAA) this is not the place. I was never put in a room after 12 hours, while hearing everyone’s else’s business while they were hearing mine!

Because of the HIPPA act you must first visit them and prove to the nurse your relationship and get put in the computer and set a password.

I'm not 100%, but I think HIPPA laws prevent you from getting them unless you have a Medical Power of Attorney.

I had left 1000 dollars in covered ins in those 2 years , unused.... Then told I knew, and had been told all along..... WoW.
