We came September 6th around 9pm and once we hit the door everybody treated us like family. Sucks I can't remember everybody name, but ima put as many as I can remember. The night of the 6th my wife water broke, Doctor Johnson was on call and they said we're going to have this baby tonight. I'm not going to lie I had serious doubt about that the fact we came in so late, but trust me when I tell ya when it was time to get busy Doctor Johnson got the gang together and my little boy came at 11:58 pm that night. I had my full body suit, football helmet and oven mits ready to catch him, but unfortunately I had to ride the bench for this go ( just like my high school basketball days) but it's all good we got a beautiful healthy boy . Fast forward to the rest of our time here. Soon as we got up to our room every single Nurse and Doctor was amazing. They took great care of my wife and Son while I sit back and enjoy all the snacks. ( shout out to the nurse that showed me the snack room super Clutch) Seriously don't have no complaints everybody was awesome every time we needed something someone was there for us fast. And I really appreciate how they come and checked on my wife and Son almost every hour or 2 making sure they were both healthy. Thank you Dr. Johnson, Dr. Addy, Dr. Austin - [ ] Nurses ⭐️Kayla C. The All Star ⭐️ , Stacy L. , Melani A, Laquanna, Dominique "sorry for sneaking and scaring you lol, Susie , Juliet and Rachel and last but not least gotta give it to the one and only ⭐️Jessica Aiken. Not taking anything from anybody else, but Mrs. Jessica is Goated 🐐 we bonded so well and my girl was in there hitting them extra long shifts. The entire crew is very passionate and professional at their work from the room service to sanitizers to Nurses and Doctors I want to say Thank you all for making our stay pleasant. Yours Turly, Hart Family 👑💙

The wait time is ridiculous. I've been here since 7:00 pm it is now 1:00 am. The representative keep saying 5 people are in front of me.

Was very disappointed with my visit on 8/8/2020. My daughter brought her 2 yr.old daughter in due to fall. She had bust open her forehead and we set for 2-3 hours until I got feed up. I end up going to Prisma Health Children's Hospital and they took her straight back. Done with Lexington 😡😡

Literally, you can be dying in the waiting room for over 12 hours and still not be seen. Possibly the WORST hospital you can ever go to in the whole country.

Like I said Er and icu was exiocellent but service drop on regular floors. Patient was told not to GEt up on there own to call nurse station but would not answer call button but go to station 4 or 5 sitting around. Visitation limited very quite around areas I went into . looks like not held accountable in all areas like going into nursing home operation from past.
You can never tell, best thing to do is get your name on the list, l guess this time of the night You have an emergency.hooe this helps.
I would suggest you go to a drug store and speak to the pharmacist there, he/ she might could help, next step come to the emergency room. It could be may different reasons. Hope this helps 🙏.
Without using the highway or without using the Interstate (I-26)? US 378 goes from Columbia's Gervais St. Bridge up to Lexington. As you cross I-26 the hospital is on your right. If you mean without using a main US highway, well yes and no. You can get there from Platt Springs Rd. (SC 602) or Airport Blvd in W. Columbia (SC 302). From 302 turn at KMart in West Columbia and it will take you to and across Platt Springs Rd.(SC 602) on a Road called Leaphart Rd. Take Leaphart until you cross I-26 and then take a right. That will lead you up to the traffic light and the entrance to Lexington Medical Center. From Lexington just take US 378 toward Columbia and the hospital will be on your left.
Don't give up. Follow this link: http://www.lexmed.com/classes-events/events/detail/258/employment-fair It has info on this year's job fair in June.

No not really They ask if you have had any signs or symptoms in the last 2weeks.
Call the nurses station pertaining to that floor & ask to speak to the social worker
8 AM to 8 PM
Based on family experience, I think general patients, post surgery and such, who are stable and not in as risky of a situation. Not sure if there are other levels of care up there or not.
You need to get your birth certificate from SC DHEC Vital Records.
With the new Covid restrictions, I believe it is 1.
