I have been a patient here with Dr. Korman for about 10 years, that’s the only reason I’m giving 2 stars instead of 1. Lately the experience has been absolutely horrible. The communication is non existent, they don’t answer the phone, the don’t call back, they just don’t care about the patients. I’ve been attempting to get my prescription filled at the correct pharmacy after they sent it to one in a different state, and it’s been days with them saying they’ll do it but no action is taken. This situation has happened now multiple times. I feel like I have to corral everyone just to get them to fix their own mistake. I just can’t do it anymore, and I suggest finding a different healthcare provider, save yourself the headache and frustration.

Would not recommend this dump to anyone. They do not answer calls and do not call back after you leave messages. Health care is no different than any other service provider. My wife is a customer and should be treated as such with dignity and respect. Not be left to go through withdrawals and not sleep for 3 days because no one can do their job. "Inconsiderate"is the best word to describe this place.

Pretty sad they have not updated their hours on here with gas prices. Just fyi they are NOT open on Saturdays for anyone wondering.

Update on my review… finally got a call back after they closed. The receptionist was very helpful. Waiting on the nurse to call back now.
