Usually get good service but just had tires balanced and wheel alignment 7/18 only to go back a few minutes after due to tire low on air. They filled it up to turn off light no problem. Only for that same tire to blow after I leave my house getting ready for road trip. Had to take it somewhere else to address since they don't open until 8am and it was middle of night. AAA roadside had hard time taking tire off and said this tire was never removed for balancing. I normally don't make deals out issues but my family was with me and was lucky this happened very close to home and not on highway.

All I can say is WOW! Tesla owners take note. I woke up to a flat on my Model 3 LR, and called around to see who's closest. I found Professional Tire, who said they can repair my flat. Upon arrival, the technician had my car in the air and the wheel off before I knew it. I think my flat was repaired and I was on my way in say, 6 minutes? The quickest and most efficient tire service I've ever had. The tire is perfectly fine a few days later, and I'm a very satisfied customer, I'll be taking both mine and my wife's car from here on out

Every lug nut on my rear tires were STRIPPED! Had them swap existing tires off rims and remount on brand new rims. Came back with àll the lugs stripped and broke off the studs....luckily Had spacers that I was able to remove so the stock lugs were not f@&#$# as well... Had good experiences with them in the past for tire patches and what not.. good for that.. but put your own wheels back on your car maybe? Professional tire? Not my experience unfortunately:(
