The best detailing I have EVER had in the Charlotte area. They did two services for me: Ceramix on a 2020 Chrysler 300C which is like having your car wrapped in a clear protective coating but not the same as that gimmicky, "clear plastic", kind of wrap that goes bad after a while. Ceramix protects your cars finish from the elements for a long time if you take care of it. My other car that they did was a 1996 Cadillac DeVille Concours that was stunning when I picked it up. It had the complete treatment and looks like it did new in 1996. Both of these treatments make car washing a pleasure! Water just beads off and drying is done in minutes. If you value the investment you make in a car purchase and want retain the superb original finish, Dr. Jazz is the place to go!

I contacted Dr. Jazz Detailing on short notice and ask if they could perform a mobile detail for me. They sent an email indicating they were full on the day requested but I could bring the car to them and they would be happy to take care of it. I indicated I was unable to bring the car to them. They responded and said they would work me in the next day at 7:30 AM which was perfect. They showed up on time, went above and beyond and did a beautiful job on my car. I highly recommend this company and their services. The 2 gentleman that came to my house were courteous and very professional. Great job guys!

It takes around 4-6 hrs for a full detail on a car. You would need to drop it off! It allows the detailer to clean it n allow it to dry!
Prices Range from $60 for the checkup package all the way to $300 for a major detail. Prices are subject to change from what listed on the website due to severity of the vehicle. We level our cars out with a Level One to Level Three. Level One would include vehicles without dog hair and lots of surface stains and dirt, while a level three is everything in between. A level three being the worst thing imaginable, this can include lots of dog hair and stains in the carpets and seats, Many of us have children so we are aware of what children can do to a car so no need to be ashamed, we here at Dr. Jazz have seen it all.
The XRay package is essentially an interior detail of the vehicle. This will include vacuuming carpets, wipedown center console and clean as well, shampoo the carpets, stain removal, cleaning in between the seats, removal of any and all surface dirt and stains. This would be a great package for parents with young children.
Absolutely, all employees are tested on regular basis even if they are A-symptomatic. We have had no positive cases since the beginning of the pandemic. We also offer a decontamination service that has been authorized and approved to kill the COVID 19 virus on contact. We here at Dr. Jazz always want to make sure that all employees and staff follow all guidelines set by the state and federal government. At no time will we ever put the safety of our customers at risk.
The MRI consist of an exterior wash, interior vacuumed center console cleaned and wiped down, interior and exterior windows cleaned. What makes this package a little different is adding spray wax to the exterior of the vehicle. Spray wax helps give the car a natural luster that makes your vehicle stand out in a crowd. The MRI package is a great package in between full details!
The facelift package includes a hand wash, hand wax, rims cleaned all the way through, tires shined, interior vacuumed and wipe down. Should you have any further questions please give us a call at 704-655-8588.
