Have been buying the same shoe from Omega for at least 25 years, the Brooks Beast. Last pair I purchased literally came apart after 4-5 months of use, I had never experience this kind of failure with this shoe over the last 25+ years. I took the shoes back to the store today and was told that the warranty was 90 days. The store said they would offer a 20% discount if I purchased another pair. I was also told that the store needs to make money and the employee also told me he just works there. I have always had such good service from this store, very disappointing. Will not be going back. A few days after the above post I was contacted by store management who listened to my issue and made things right. Thank you.

Very helpful associates here. They were quick to help me find the right insoles for some hiking boots. It is a little expensive to shop here, but sometimes they do run good sales.
