Tori whome is the manager and Rome both are outstanding employees! My children are in foster care and we have missed their birthdays since we only get to see then once a week and they made sure that they each got a birthday bear since I couldent bring them up there to get them. My children are so happy with there bears and they even wanted there birth certificates framed to celebrate. Those two alone are worth there weight in gold and should be celebrated.

I wouldn't suggest ordering online if you actually expect to recieve your overpriced goodies. I've had the worst experience! I ordered $40 worth of accessories for my daughter's birthday and there was no communication that they don't have one of the items and then the box sat around for almost a week before getting sent off-- and to top it off, shipping was delayed even further! $9 for shipping and it still isn't here way past the time that I paid for it to arrive. Buildabear and fedex were pointing fingers at one another, so there wasn't even any accountability. So upset!!

Very expensive but the girl who helped us was super lovely!! I went here for my 17th birthday and had an amazing time :)

I hardly ever write a bad review (if ever) it doesn’t feel good but, It was my daughters first time going to build a bear and her birthday. The staff was just unfriendly and not welcoming. No one greeted us at the door. We were not explained what to do… We just kinda figured it out on our own..The employees were on their phones the whole time. No one was walking around checking on customers. The store was very clean, organized and well stocked. The printers were also down and no one told us before we filled out the birth certificates. And my 2 girls were really disappointed about that. We were told sorry our printers were down we could come back. We don’t live near a build a bear to just ride back up.. I really wanted to make this a tradition for my family but this experience was very disappointing. I remember going to build a bear a a child and it being so magical.
