Went in today to make Thank you cards for my daughter who just graduated from UNCG. Made the cards, pulled up my coupon online, went to the register and a very unprofessional, young, arrogant clerk didn't know anything about customer service. I asked her if I could use my coupon, she clearly wasn't sure, but told me no. I asked her to get the manager, I was then told by her that I would have to step aside and wait until she helps others in line if she would have to get the manager, I told her no I'm not waiting, I'm in line and I'd like to speak to the manager ...she walks off and asks the next person in line how she could help him, then here cones the manager and he literally wasn't any better than the clerk. He was rude and refused to take my coupon and stated he would rather throw the already made cards in the trash than give me the opportunity to use a store coupon online. I left. Poor poor poor customer service and I wouldn't recommend this store to anyone. They aren't professional and and have no compassion. I will continue to shop elsewhere and not ever again at this store. If I could give a zero rating, I would.

The staff is amazing and the deals can't be beat. They always have something I need on sale or buy one get the other half off. They have sent me 40% to 30% coupons every month on one item and in this economy that really comes in handy. Great store! I'm in there every week. lol Get that carepass it's only 5 bucks a month but in return you get 2% off CVS brand and $10 bucks to spend on anything in the store. Best thing going! Get it, and save a lot of money. I saved over 500 dollars already. Thanks CVS!!!
