Waited 10 mins for the "office manager" to come back to her desk to check me in. Isn't wearing a mask properly. Watched 3 men go back and come out. Another woman walks in after and asks about the wait. She tells her they only have 3 rooms and "they're all full". How did 3 men go back and leave but the rooms are still full? Lazy and a liar. They don't want you to take photos for privacy. Too bad. Wear your mask. How embarrassing 😳 😷 🤷‍♀️

First off, arrived before them opening at 8 and the door wasn’t unlocked until 8:05. The female provider filling in tells me new patients have to make an appointment after 10. What type of urgent care requires an appointment.? So now I’m trying to get my two year old seen before I have to go to work. Would not recommend off of my first experience

This is the worst doctor's office I have ever had the displeasure of dealing with. There is always a wait and even worse, they do NOT refill necessary lifesaving prescriptions! I will never go there again and they should be shutdown if they are unable to provide proper care for their patients. It's a shame because the doctors are nice but whoever is managing the office is greatly lacking.
