I am a fiat owner. I was faced with a problem in which my car would not turn off. I drove over to Begnal jeep and they took care of the problem efficiently and professionally. Everyone treated me with the outmost respect. I highly recommend this dealership as well as their auto service.

If I could give zero stars I would have. Purchased my Jeep in November, brought it in for the second oil change and I was told I need two new back tires/500 dollars. How? I have driven 12,000 miles since purchase date, strictly to work. The outside of my tires are worn normally, however the inside is beyond done. Brought it to several other mechanics next day and was told an alignment was never done when it was needed. Day number two, no resolution or help from Begnal. I was told it was my fault, to call the service manager but he’s on vacation. Very disappointing in these hard times.

Josh (in the service department) is great! He helped us out when even corporate didn't want to be bothered. He was prompt with phone calls and keeping in touch throughout the process. Definitely recommend!
