By far the worst moving experience that I have had. First of all they sent 2 guys to move an entire house. By the time they got to unloading at the other house they didn't want to take any of my belongings upstairs. They didn't put back together things they took apart ,and they left all my belongings in the garage. they stated they didn't have enough room on the truck just bad all the way around. When I called to complain they said they didn't do local move refunds. It’s Ford now and it was booked under husbands name

Notice this company doesn't take any responsibility for their mistakes! Just look at all of their responses to negative reviews on here. I am several years late on this review but we were nervous to leave a bad review while we were still at our previous residence since the movers knew where we lived. And now that we're moving again and looking for companies I'm remembering how awful our experience was. First there was some clear miscommunication between the staff we spoke to on the phone and the movers. We had plenty of movers and they had plenty of room in the truck but they told us they didn't expect as many items when they showed up. We apologized and said the employee we spoke to on the phone said we could just pay more if we ended up having more items. The movers said that's not how it worked and insisted on us just tipping the difference instead. We weren't comfortable with this since we didn't even know what that increase in price would be. They harassed us after moving our items for several hundred dollars in tips. Mind you we were moving out of 2 small apartments. We didn't have many items at all. One of the movers refused to leave our house until we gave him cash. I told him we didn't have any so he offered to drive me to the nearest atm. This made us extremely uncomfortable. Eventually I gave in and gave him almost 200 in tips via venmo. On top of this the movers were incredibly slow. On their way to our new house they made a pit stop and took an hour to meet us there. When they arrived they smelled like weed. They kept complaining too and asked us why we didn't get them any water. My husband went to the store and got them some bottled water and they didn't say thank you and continued to complain that "no one ever thinks about the movers". If that wasn't enough, they broke several of our items and lost part of my bedframe. Again, with how much they harassed us after they were done we were too nervous to complain at the time since they obviously knew where we lived. Never going with this company again.

We had a team of fantastic guys that did an excellent job listening to us so that we could complete our move quickly. We probably picked the hottest day of the year to move and the team was diligent and were good sports through everything that was happening. I am satisfied with the speed of the team and would absolutely work with them again.

This company has earned a top spot in my personal experience as being the worst company I have ever hired to perform a service. One of the 3 movers was looking at his smart phone or sitting in the van for 90% of the move. I am going to have to completely rearrange the storage space since they didn’t place anything where I requested it to be placed, very poor use of storage room space. Job took at least 2-3 times longer than the movers on the front end of the move. Many of my items were handled extremely roughly. It took 40 minutes to just set up the ramp and remove two bulk head doors. Even after a significant reduction in my bill it was still far in excess of what it should have cost. Do yourself a favor and never consider hiring Two Men and a Truck!!
