This is a great place for MOM. A few months ago I was brought here and was very unhappy about it. I soon realized my new life. It is a great place for me. I am helped with my meds, fed good meals and lots of arts and crafts, even classes to improve myself, and round the clock nurses to take care of me. A great place for me..........

Brookdale's staff is knowledgeable, professional, and responsive to the needs of their residents and family members. The facility is clean, well-managed, and provides the residents a greater sense of community in a safe environment. Stephanie has also been a great resource to the senior living community. at first everyone acted so nice and caring. I have taken pictures of each time I go there and have seen a big decline in the care that my friend has received. all of the good nurses are gone. she sits in her room in soiled underwear and has not had a bath at all this week. she has been 3 days without her meds bc the med nurse "can not get her to take it". Noone cares. Chris an director's are a joke. I have reported pics and other things this morning to proper authorities
