It was a pleasure working with Duane and the 1x6x8 cedar I purchased is of superior quality. Nearly all planks exceeded 8' by a good bit (be prepared if you have an 8' bed and you are planing on putting the tailgate up). The only complaint I have is that there were a good number of boards with live/bark edges, but Duane let me pick through so it really wasn't an issue - I just needed to assure two adjacent sides were clean and it would work for my project.

Dewey is a really nice guy, who runs a small sawmill up on the Mt, if your looking for a local place to get some nice wood for an outdoor project or for any other thing you may need some boards or fence posts for. Be sure to check him out.
