Cannot deliver/lose mail all the time. Surly mail carriers, never anyone in the place, broken copier, really needed one and the new postmaster whoever he is hung up on me when l asked him to check on an undelivered piece of mail from July 22nd, today is September 9th. Lost our state tax return, numerous bills, had service terminated because reminders never arrived. Appalling beyond words, they need to be privatised as they are unable to get the job done. The lowest paid temporary job is $20 an hour or better. Disgusted.

I send packages every month and for a good while they were getting picked up every month when I requested them to but for the last couple times nobody has shown up to get my packages so it’s been really unreliable and when I call they say they never got it and then somehow find the request when it’s too late.

Everyone is really nice and helpful, except Tiffany. She's always rude and impatient. Makes your trip to the post office an awful one

Arrived at Knightdale Post Offiice 10:50am on 11/7/20 to drop off a priority mail package (which I already had labeled and paid for and simply needed a receipt) and was blocked from entering post office because they closed in 10 minutes at 11am. She said there was no way I would get through line in time in 10 minutes. This is against the law. As long as you are in line by 11am they have to take your package. Drove 20 minutes to this post office. Now my package will be two days late.
