If I could give this place a zero I would. Do not go there and purchase a home full of BS. Especially Amanda she was rude rushing me to sign my receipt before I could read over anything. So I told her to hold on. So I calls next week to see what's the hold up. Do not work with Christie she is full BS.. also beware these people don't give a hoot about you at all stay away definitely will be going somewhere else

To begin, the staff at Clayton homes in Sanford is awesome. Have to send a shout out to one in particular Kristi. ( Shown in pic). She was always available, whether by phone, in person , email or text. So helpful the whole process of us getting our new home.We have been in our modular for two years and still enjoying it. Thanks you to everyone! Keep up the great work that you do.

I can't say enough good things about the Sanford Clayton Homes Sales Center and their entire staff! I recently purchased a new home from this location and I wanted to take the time to review/share my experience with the greater community. First off, these folks are honest! They explain the various aspects involved in manufactured home purchase, factory manufacturing process, home delivery, setup, etc. They explain not only the “good”, but they also point out the “bad” (so to speak). They don't just tell you what they think you want to hear. The honest, straightforward approach is a breath of fresh air! Secondly, they tell when and how things are going to happen and they stick to it! Obviously they can't control the weather, covid impacts, etc. But, everything that they can control goes according to plan. They also take the time (on many, many occasions in my case... haha) to answer all of your questions and never act like it's a bother or that they are in a hurry to “move you along” In other words, they are very patient and understanding. Additionally, they work together (GREAT teamwork) to ensure that 'things are right', and where/when needed they work quickly and efficiently to “make them right” if necessary. I am very pleased with the quality of my home, the installation/setup, and the finishing details involved with getting your home “move in ready”. I can't wrap up my review without taking the time to give a “shout out' to some key individuals who handled my particular purchase.... For me, my “overall experience” with Clayton Homes of Sanford begins and ends with my Home Consultant Justin Emmons. I have no doubt that without all of Justin's help, advice, and honesty, I would probably have never made this choice for my new home (I was considering site built, modular, etc.). Justin made it possible for me to make the choice of a manufactured home with confidence, because he became my “sounding board” as I openly weighed all the pros and cons of the various home choices I was considering. He honestly wasn't just trying to “sell me a home”, he was genuinely helping me make MY decision! What a great guy! My next “shout out” has to go to Ruth Norton my Project Manager (construction, delivery setup, etc.). Ruth was nothing short of amazing! She working tirelessly to keep everything going “according to plan”. She did a fantastic job coordinating the various sub-contractors who preform the delivery, onsite setup, etc. The Sanford Home Center has put together a VERY good group of sub-contractors. From the brick/block mason, to the carpenter, to the plumber & electrician, etc. They all did excellent work and Ruth Norton was “right there” to make sure they did! Haha Seriously, it was a great team effort and Ruth was/is the “linchpin”! I can't possibly thank Ruth enough for her efforts on my behalf! Finally, show me a well run professional business and I'll show you a good manager who works hard to make it they way/keep it that way. In the case of Clayton Homes of Sanford , I must commend Darryll Wheeler! Mr. Wheeler is the General Manager and certainly has assembled an excellent team of professionals. It's obvious to me, from my personal experience, that Darryll values/stresses teamwork and customer service. He sets a good standard for his team to follow and works hard to make sure that the customer is satisfied, and is taken care whenever/however it's needed. He strives to make certain that everything is right. Great guy, great General Manager! I apologize for the VERY LONG review, but it's important to me to make sure that people in central NC know what a great group of folks are at the Clayton Homes of Sanford Sales Center! They collectively helped my dreams come true! Thanks!!!!!!!!

Country Fair Mobile Homes in Sanford across from Walmart does sell lot models fully furnished with everything you see in it. And the prices are pretty good, they even have modulars. I would highly suggest looking around at other places.
