We are in the middle of a new home build and I have been thoroughly impressed with the Value Build team. I really want to compliment our site lead Paul. He has been a breath of fresh air, constantly communicating with me about the status of the project, addressing my concerns and helping out to get issues (even outside of their scope) resolved so the build can continue to move forward. He told me and my wife that it would be 90 working days to completion from the start of breaking ground to getting the CO. He has not lied. There has not been a day that has gone by where a sub is not on sight working and it looks like he might beat the expectation (baring any issues with window delivery). I will update this as the home gets closer to being completed but THANK YOU PAUL!

We are using Value Build to build our home. The beginning went very well until we got to the actual building process. This is becoming the worst experience I have ever had.

We're currently in the process of building our first home. Cannot be happier with the work that has been done so far. Thank you so much to Paul and his team for making it happen! You are amazing! I also cannot forget to thank our designer Danny for his help on getting us started. The entire Value Build Homes team has been professional throughout and have been very helpful whenever I had questions. Looking forward to sending an update once our house is completed!
