Went up there to pick up a prescription and the very unprofessional Amber gave me issues!! Her manager tried to make excuses for her behavior but... Please be ready for the attitude!! Why do people in service positions hate their jobs so much? Throw the whole store away!

I visited the location at 565 Monroe Ave, Rochester, NY in November of 2021. It was disgustingly dirty. The patient waiting area was covered in hair, dirt and grime. It looks as though no one has swept or mopped in months or even longer. Like the chairs have never moved to get beneath them. Gross!
