This place is poorly run and the employees either aren't trained properly or just don't care about doing their job the correct way. I waited 10 minutes yesterday for an 3 large fries. If it wasn't for a third party I would have left its crazy.

They have a security guard posted inside. Definitely wouldn't go there alone. They do a good business the drive thru was out to the street so, we went inside to order.
