This Sam's club location is ideal and very good for the university area neighbors, it is well organized and clean. I been shopping from this store since I moved in Charlotte in 2007. But here I want to pay attention to the management and mangers to fix the parking spot space, which is very small, in compact parking small car hardly fits and SUV's and vans having same issue in their parking spot. They build new parking every 3-4 years but marking is same and issue remains there. Secondly, Whenever I need to buy/change new tires I try to call and make an appointment, they never ever pickup the phone I have to go walk-in and make appointment. Please try to solve this issue.

This place gets crazy busy (which is not a bad problem for Sams Club) but can be a problem for shoppers. Go early.

FedEx is the worst.... I don't know why more business haven't severed ties with them. Their drivers consistently toss packages 📦... Call the Walmart Customer Service line and report it
Try to sign up on line,or call in to see it you can and most of all you don't have to go into the store you can order online or over the phone you can have it shipped to you or do curbside pick up.
Early hrs (7am) 4 bizness n platinum members..regular hrs frm 8am til 8pm..whn u go, the schedule is on the written on the doors as u go n! Varies just slightly on wknds. Hope this helps or u can Google it, lol!
