The availability is always changing and varies based on when you would like to move in. Please contact the office directly at (336)226-7155 in order to get more specific and accurate information.
There's no vacancies right now. It's all electric. Water is included in the rent.
Rent is income based. Water and garbage are included in rent. Depending on if you want a 2 or bedroom determines if any are available. There do have handicap parking and a few apartments that accommodate wheelchairs as well.
It's based off your income. But I have a 2 bedroom and pay $635, to give you a rough idea.
