This place is a scam they will tell you the car is available and assure you it’s there only for you to get there and say they sold it 15 minutes ago ! They use it as a tactic to get u in the show room and try to sell you another car you have zero interest in ! Beware of this snake sales tactic

I went in to Bay Ridge Honda just looking to get information, and 2 days later I walked out with my brand new 2022 Honda CRV Touring. If this is a new car consult your manual. Otherwise contact your Honda dealer
Speak to a Honda service rep if you no longer have the code sticker on the glove box. To make it easier for you if you have an older model vehicle; hold down the 1 and 6 radio preset buttons and hit the power on while holding them. The radio's serial number should show on the screen where the station numbers are usually shown. Take that to the rep to make it faster. If you have a newer model it should say to push and hold the power button for a few seconds to unlock the radio. If you have a radio other than the one that came with the car check it's user manual or call the maker of that radio for help.

I would agree, you should be able to return it to and Honda dealer Service center. If it's still under warranty you should be able to get it replaced. As for what you should bring? If you have the receipt, &/or service order when it was installed. I would think, that should be enough.
