The store was extremely busy, however everyone was helpful and nice. One employee, I don't remember her name, maybe Rekia, she was so helpful when I was not sure how to access my information for a return. She assisted me and did not make me feel stuoid!stupid!! Thank you

I brought a legal document in on 09/06/22 to be overnighted to my son in CA. I paid over $75 for that. It just arrived to his house today 09/12/22. My son needed this document for an appointment. When he could not make this appointment, due to not having the document, we had to pay almost $1k in cancelation fees and to reschedule this appointment. My daughter in law is stuck in a war-torn country and was depending on this document to be able to come the safety of the US. When I called to ask for a refund, the male employee who answered the phone was too busy arguing with his co-workers on who was going to answer the other line than to care about my concerns. I had to call twice that day because the manager never called me back, like he was supposed to. This is not the first issue with this store. You're better off using USPS than this place because they do not care about their customers. You're only a dollar sign to them.

At the beginning of august I brought a wreath to be shipped by the UPS STORE , long story short , the packer destroyed the wreath , the cost to ship and pack was over 51$, the wreaths value was 50$! Ups has picked the wreath up from my customer and as of today I was told it could be up to 3 months to get my money back ! They have the wreath they destroyed so what more do they need! I will never ever use UPS FOR ANY SHIPPING BECAUSE THIS IS RIDICULOUS! They donβt even have a human I can speak with in claims! Iβm out of over $100 waiting on these people ! I give them zero stars and the lady on the phone at the UPS STORE IN WESTWOOD WAS RUDE, like itβs hee Monet that was spent
