I unfortunately had the worst customer service at this dealership. Belkis was unprofessional and provided terrible customer service. Upon entrance my father asked to see a car and she said to come back tomorrow and the car would be ready, and when we arrived the next day it wasn’t ready. When asked to do a soft inquiry she assumed he would not be approved by looking at him, and denied to do a credit check. In Belkis words, “Even a man with a house and business wasn’t approved. I doubt you would even be approved.” He was even willing to pay in cash and she still gave him a difficult time about the car. When we came back the next day we asked to see the interior and to test out the car, but she said “are you going to buy the car so we can take it out,” with an attitude. At that point we were fed up, so we thanked them and left. If you want terrible customer service and to not get a car, go to Belkis. I can’t speak on behalf of the other associates because we didn’t interact with them, but she was enough to provide a negative experience.
